art is such a fun concept! it has existed forever yet we keep making new peices and discovering new techniques. Our ancestors have done it and our children will do it to. Wether they are mixing chemicals for the sun to print shadows or drawing with rocks in a cavern, people find a way to make art, a vague word, have its own meaning for only themseleves. No one can truly know what a canvas means to it painter and what the message is, all they can do is stand watching it from afar and give it a meaning they think fits the art. It all truly amazes me. I do some art of my own, not that i have any specific talent, i prefer simply doing a bit of everything. But sometimes, when i visit someones house or a gallery, i look at drawings on the fridge or a massive canvas in a frame and i wonder if maybe art is what we were put on this earth to do. What else can we truly accomplish that isnt art? Scientists discover ways to make paint with chemicals, astronomers use photography to capture their pations, bakers sculpt their pastreries for them to look better, everyone with a dream is an artist. Art is about creating and acheiving, nothing more and nothing less. It is beautiful yet it can destroy your life if you make it your purpose. I wish you to become and artist and find meaning in everything you see, i wish everyone could see life the way artists do.
